Beulah Mae

Beulah Mae came to us from a shelter in Oklahoma where she was turned in by her owner. It seems she is an escape artist and her owners would rather give her up than fix their fence. She is 18 months old and an absolute love. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and is ready to go to her new home.

Beulah can jump baby gates with ease, so a crate will be necessary to confine her. She tends to be determined with other dogs but does get along well with them. She loves to cuddle and would be a great dog for older children (8 and up), and would enjoy a more submissive companion dog for company. Since she's been in her foster home, she hasn't tried to escape the yard because she has playmates. She uses a doggy door, but still has a way to go on her house training. For more information about her, please call Sherry at 918-336-0808 or email at: sherry@ombr.org

Beulah Mae's adoption fee is $150.

Thomas

Thomas is a beautiful tri-colored male, about 1 1/2 -2 years of age. He was found as a stray in NW Arkansas and after we advertised and searched for his owner and no one claimed him, we had him vetted and neutered. He's healthy, happy, and a very sweet boy. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, too, and loves kids.

He was a little thin when he came to us, but as you can see from his "lounging on the table pic" he's filling out nicely! Thomas really is a great little guy who really needs a home to call his own. If you would like more information about him, contact Ralph, his foster dad by phone at 479-636-2423 , or by email rew1939@cox.net

Tom's adoption fee is $150.

Buster

Buster is a 3-4 y/o tri-colored male, who is every bit as sweet as he is handsome. He's a little boy, weighing only 36.7 lbs, and he's at a good weight for his size. He's neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on his vaccinations. He has a minor infection and has to be on antibiotics for a couple of weeks, and then he'll have his teeth cleaned. After that, then he'll be ready to go to his forever family. That soft, shiny, healthy, coat of his is just beautiful!

Buster likes other dogs, but can be overwhelmed by them in the beginning. After he warms up to them, he gets along with them just fine. We're not sure about how he is with cats, but we do know he loves children! This little guy is an absolute love and will be a great addition to a family. Oh yes - he likes to ride in the car, too!

For more information about him, please contact Sherry at 918-336-0808 or email at sherry@ombr.org

Buster's adoption donation is $150.

Buck

Courtesy Listing
Please contact Tanya, his foster mome for more information

Buck is a 2-year old, 33-pound, RU Ticked (red and blue ticked) Beagle that would make a wonderful canine companion! He LOVES to play, will fetch balls, is always up for a good game of tug-o-war, but is also content to lay next to you on the couch or at/on your feet. He’ll do anything for a treat! Active, intelligent, curious, loving, and playful only begin to describe all of the wonderful things about Buck. Buck is fully housebroken and crate trained. However, he should be crated anytime he's alone because he’s still a young and mischievous boy. While his size may be on the small side, he's one tough little guy that needs a home with no cats or children under 5 years of age. Because of his very rough style of playing, he really needs to be the only dog as well. Are you the humans Buck has been waiting for?

Buck is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and on monthly heartworm prevention. If you have room in your hearts for Buck, please contact Tanya at pupsavr4life@cox.net

Buck's adoption fee is $75.

Delilah

Delilah - Delilah is one of the OMBR 24, formerly known as Spot. She is still quite shy, but now that we have finally been able to get her into a fosterhome, she is slowly learning that people are nice, and can give out pats, instead of blows. She will already (like any true basset), sneak up onto the bed and nap with her foster mom when she thinks no one is noticing!

She is a beautiful basset girl, a little smaller than average, with tons and tons of freckles. For anyone who is willing to have a little patience with her, she will blossom into a wonderful companion. For more information about her, please contact Menzie at menzie@ombr.org or call 501-358-2104.

Delilah's adoption donation will be $150.

Polly

Polly is a beautiful senior girl, about 10-12 years old. She has wonderful wrinkles, and a loving attitude. She is heartworm negative, and the vet says she's very healthy for her age. She was left tied out to a bush in front of the local animal control during an ice storm, and when we heard her story, we had to help her.

Polly is hearing impaired; apparently at one time in her life, she had severe ear infections that were left untreated and she no longer has any eardrums. She also has cataracts so her vision is limited, but she gets around at her foster home without problems and follows her foster dad around wherever he goes! She gets along beautifully with the kids, dogs and cats in her foster home and just wants someone to love her.

For more information about Polly, contact her foster dad, Ralph, at 479-636-2423 , or by email: rew1939@cox.net.

Polly's adoption donation will be $100.

Dudley

Adopted!

And now a word from Dudley:

"I am a very friendly and well behaved hound. My humans think I’ve probably had two or three birthdays. I like my humans, and I will be your friend for life if you rub my belly! I am learning to sleep in my crate, but I make my humans give me a treat before I’ll go in. My humans think I am house broken! I haven’t eaten the couch yet, and if I have had an accident they think the puppy did it! I love my bone and I have a lovely singing voice! I get along well with the other bassets, but I haven’t had the chance to play with a kitty, so I don’t know how I’ll respond to that. I can say, I don’t care much for little white dogs. I’m not sure if it is their high pitched voice or the fact that they are always bouncing around, but they get on my nerves and I have to growl at them and tell them to be quiet. I love children and can’t wait to have a forever home!"

Dudley is neutered, heartworm negative and on preventative, and is up to date on his vaccinations. For more information about Dudley, please contact his foster home: email - james@ombr.org or by phone at (918)607-9384.

Dudley's adoption donation is $150.

Jordan 2

Jordan is a beautiful 6 y/o spayed, dark tri female, but we believe she is probably younger because she acts and looks like a 3-4 year old. She is current on her vaccinations but she tested positive for heartworm. Jordan will be undergoing heartworm treatment in the next couple of weeks.

Her foster mom says she is absolutely wonderful, and even minds! She is house trained, sweet tempered, and great with all the other dogs in the household. She even likes kids! Jordan will be a wonderful family addition. For more information about her, please contact Angel at angel@ombr.org or by phone at 501-330-2729.

Jordan's adoption donation is $150.

Lindsay

Adopted!

Lindsay is a beautiful mahogany and white female, about 2-3 years old. She will be spayed in the next few days, and she's up to date on her vaccinations as well as heartworm negative.

Lindsay is playful, happy, and gets along very well with the other dog in her foster home, and when she's had enough play time, she stands her ground. She is leash trained and loves to go for walks, and even seems to be house trained! Lindsay will be a great addition to your family. For more information about her, please contact Connie at connie@ombr.org

Lindsay's adoption donation is $150.
